We offer 1 year warranty on our products. If they stop working within 1 year (after the date you receive it) then we will replace the broken part at no extra cost to you. We may ask you questions about the broken product, ask for photos or videos, or potentially ask you to return it, just to verify the failure.

( however the 1 year warranty are on the parts only, Any damage cause by mis-use or or neglect by the user  the parts will not be covered)

if you are the cause of the damage/breaking of parts, we will know as we know our product and its fully tested before shipping, so if you drop it, or spill water over the electrics or open up the machine to try and fix any damages you caused, then the warranty is void.

you can however send us a message through the "Contact Us" below and include your contact number and tells us your fault and we can repair said damaged parts at your own cost if you caused damage the jug.
